Thank you for booking to attend @EventName. I’m so pleased you’re joining us for this special flow and food event and I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.

If you have a friend you’d like to bring, please call and let me know their name, and they can then book the special ‘bring a friend ticket’ at a discounted rate.

We’ll meet at 7:45am at the northern entrance (near the toilets) to the Canberra farmers market at EPIC in Mitchell. We’ll then move and gather on the side grass for introductions before spending time in the market. Be prepared with reusable shopping bags and some cash to spend on a few assigned ingredients you’ll need to source at the market. We will combine everyone’s contributions to cook together that day.

At around 9am we will make our way to our venue. There, we’ll practice yoga, cook and move through the rest of the workshop.

On the day please bring:

1. Personal Yoga Props

You’ll need to bring your yoga mat, a warm blanket, a pillow and any other props you may have, like a bolster, yoga blocks or an eye pillow. I have a small amount of props but best you bring some too.

2. Cooking Tools
A) A medium sized non stick fry pan

B) A medium to large size mortar and pestle
