Event description

Supporting Early Education Development

SEED is an evidence-based program designed to help early childhood educators, school educators, and professionals working with children to understand and support their sexual and social safety needs. Our workshops can be delivered at a workplace or school.

Each 3-hour workshop provides practical materials to apply the learning in real-world settings.

Program Highlights:

Understanding Development: Gain insights into childhood sexual and social development across different ages and stages, including typical and atypical behaviors.

Promoting Protective Behaviors: Discover strategies for teaching children about public and private spaces, body autonomy, and appropriate touch.

Emphasizing Consent: Understand the critical importance of consent in all interactions.

Effective Communication: Explore the benefits of using supportive and age-appropriate language to foster a safe environment.

Managing Concerns: Equip yourself with the skills to identify, assess, and manage atypical sexual behaviors and other concerns.

Empowering Children: Introduce children to protective behaviors, enhancing their social and sexual safety.
