Ananda is a Sanskrit word which represents one's highest form of being; Bliss. Breath Ananda is our well of Bliss.
These weekly containers are a place to come together & master tools & ancient knowledge to thrive in our lives.
The impetus in these journeys is Hatha Yoga - a path to overcome suffering, embodying oneness by balancing 'Ha' Sun/Masculine energy, and 'Tha' moon/feminine energy.
We will follow a wave of energy in each container - providing a complete energetic (nervous system) reset. The sessions will include Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (yogic breath mastery) and meditation, leaving attendees equipped to shift their physiology in the moment.
WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle, eye pillow (optional). Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (we have some spares you can borrow).
WHAT TO EXPECT: This session is suitable for all levels. We'll start with an introduction, outlining the theme and structure; warmup, set intention, energise, cleanse, relax and then have a short meditation/ integration.
EXCHANGE: Dāna. Each place is paid for through the generosity of another which helps us reach more breathers & keep spreading the Bliss far & wide.

The attendance of each breather has been paid for by the Dāna of another member of the Breathe Ananda Tribe.
