"Dāna - generosity, an attitude of giving". 

The participation of oneself in this container has been paid for by the Dāna of another member of the Ananda Tribe. 

Ananda is changing the world, one Breath at a time & the generosity of our tribe propels this movement forwards.

INTRO AND INDUCTION: The First Sunday of the Month from 8am - 9am hosted within our online group container (link provided upon completion of registration).

WHAT TO EXPECT: No previous experience with breathwork is required to participate in this challenge. 

Each week of this 3-week course has a different theme (intuition, identity/ self-love, manifestation), coupled with complimentary breathing techniques, theory & guidance for pratical application in daily life.

Our daily sessions are 15-20mins each (recorded) and there will be 1 live session at the end of each week (Sunday 8-9am) in our live room accessible through the Community app. 

In addition, we have daily self-care practices and a group chat (community) in which we share gratitude, affirmations and journaling as well encouraging and supporting one another.

Our time together will culminate in a final, full length immersive Breathwork Journey including movement & intention setting, followed by a sharing circle. There may be an opportunity to attend this in person (depending on the location of participants). The session will also be available to attend live online or via recording.

WHAT TO WEAR/ BRING: Comfortable clothes, drink bottle. Yoga mat, cushion, notebook/journal & a quiet well-ventilated space, with natural light.

EXCHANGE: Each place is paid for through the generosity of another which helps us reach more breathers & keep spreading the Bliss far & wide.
