Thank you for registering for our sound bath event!

Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before the starting time to secure your spot and get situated.

We normally allow a 5 minute grace period after the official start time to accommodate for any unexpected traffic or delays.

If you arrive after the 5 minute grace period, we cannot guarantee your entry in order to maintain the stillness of the event once we begin.

Please ensure you arrive on-time.

ClubSport Renaissance is located at 50 Enterprise Aliso Viejo, CA

The sound bath will be held inside the Renaissance Hotel at their private health club known as Clubsport.

When you arrive, you can park in the parking structure in any of the floors except for the first floor, which are reserved for certain members. Once parked, take the elevator or stairs down to the first floor then walk to the hotel entrance.

When you enter the hotel, to the left you’ll see the check in desk for the fitness center. Please inform the check in person that you are attending a sound bath and that you are under Kyle Lam’s attendee list. Once they check you in, you can enter the club and walk up to the second floor where you’ll see someone with a clipboard checking people in.

If you wish to have a tour of the facility to potentially join as a member, please be sure to arrive earlier and ask for a tour from the membership concierge. Part of being a member is being able to access our monthly residential sound bath there for a discounted price!

As part of your ticket, you’ll have access to the facilities of ClubSports including their gym, sauna, and steam room both before and after the sound bath. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk.

ClubSport does provide yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and bolsters available for you to use, so you do not need to bring your own.

If you wish to enhance your meditation experience, it is recommended to bring an eye cover or eye pillow.

You are welcome to bring anything else that would allow you to relax comfortably throughout the meditation.

While the majority of participants lie down, you may opt to bring a meditation pillow to remain sitting throughout the sound bath.

We've had participants bring twin or full size foam mattresses, anti-gravity chairs, and much more.

Whatever you need to be comfortable, please feel free to bring it!
