Description
In this in person ServSafe Manager course, students build a strong foundation in food safety while preparing to earn their nationally recognized certification. Through hands on instruction, real world scenarios, and guided review, you will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to meet industry standards and lead safely in any food service environment.
Students learn directly from our excellent and experienced culinary staff, who bring years of industry and classroom expertise to every session. Our instructors understand the exam, the standards, and the day to day realities of food service operations. They guide you step by step, answer questions in real time, and ensure you are fully prepared to test and certify on site before you leave.
Students may register up to seven days prior to the class date. Refunds are available up to seven days prior to the class date.

- Is this class eligible for Custom Fit funding?
Yes! This course is Custom Fit eligible. If you are a for-profit business operating in Utah, you could receive up to 40% of the class cost back through the state's Custom Fit training program. It is an excellent way to sharpen your business and financial skills while saving on professional development.
Please Note: Custom Fit applications must be submitted and approved before the class begins, and funding is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Do I need to buy a book?
Nope! We've got you covered. We highly recommend reviewing the ServSafe Manager materials before class, and we are happy to lend you a physical textbook completely free of charge to help you prep.
Just a quick heads-up: the book is a loaner, so it must be returned on or before your scheduled class date. Because our book inventory is limited, missing this deadline means you will unfortunately forfeit your registration fee and won't be permitted to complete the course.
So feel free to grab a free book to study, just don't forget to bring it back with you on class day!
