The Set Market brings together student organizations, campus departments, student entrepreneurs, and approved community vendors to showcase and sell products and services in the heart of campus life.

Vendor Information & Requirements

Vendors must be fully set up and ready by 10:00 AM.
Vendors are responsible for using the correct tent size for their purchased plot.
Non-University vendors (INC/LLC) must comply with all University vendor policies and requirements.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Refunds will only be issued if The Set Market is canceled due to inclement weather or an official University closure.

Please make sure your tent does not exceed the size of your assigned plot.

Parking, Check-In & Unloading

CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED BEFORE SETUP

All vendors must check in with the Office of Student Activities before setting up any tent, table, or equipment.

Unloading: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.

Market Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Loading/Pickup: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Parking Permits

Parking permits may be obtained from the FAMU Police Department.

Important Vendor Guidelines

🚫 Food and beverage sales are not permitted.

✔️ Health-related services or vendors require prior approval from the Student Health Center Director at 850-599-3777.

✔️ Vendors must remain within their assigned vending space.

✔️ Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment.

🚫 Amplified sound or music is not permitted on Fridays.

Confirmation, Fees & Check-In

📧 Please bring your Humanitix confirmation email when checking in at the Office of Student Activities.

💳 All vendor fees must be paid through Humanitix at the time of registration.

🔄 Registrations are non-transferable.

Refund Policy

⚠️ Vendor fees are non-refundable, except when The Set Market is canceled due to inclement weather or an official University closure.

Please note that processing fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original card/account used for payment within 7–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.
