Tier 2: ADVOCACY

This 3-month online cohort experience empowers participants to continue to strengthen their skills in supporting and advocating for self-determination regarding sexual health, development, and healthy relationships through mentorship, education, and skill-building activities.

With support of the facilitators, participants of Tier 2 meet every other week for three months. They each create a unique tool and a personalized advocacy plan for supporting vulnerable individuals regarding sexual health and development. Upon graduation, participants will have access to all the tools created by their cohort group, as well as all former and future cohorts.

PREREQUISITE

Participants must have completed Tier 1: Foundations of the three-part Sexual Self-Determination Certification Program and pass the Assessment with a passing score of 80%. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS TRAINING UNLESS YOU HAVE COMPLETED TIER 1: FOUNDATIONS.

To complete Tier 2, each participant must:

Participate in five monthly, two-hour cohort calls and two project mentorship calls with an instructor.
View and share feedback about three hours of pre-recorded continuing education webinars.
Develop a tool that supports sexual health and/or healthy relationships.
Develop and implement a sexual health advocacy plan.
