❤️ Unravel places of tightness and wounding, allowing them to soften and heal

💜 Circle Sharing with Supportive Listening

💜 Guided Meditation

💜 Reflection and Journalling

💜 Fun activities for increased Self-Awareness

💜 Delicious home made chai and snack

🌼 Circles are weekly for 8 weeks 

🌹 Each Circle has a theme related to Women’s Healing and Empowerment

🌿 Thursday Mornings 10am – 12.15pm
