About the presenter: Daryl Davis - Ductmakers' General Manager

Daryl is a results oriented professional with over 30 years of experience in high and low volume manufacturing. He has managed senior positions in Total Plant Management, Operational Management, Quality, Safety, Environmental Management and Manufacturing Engineering in leading companies such as Nissan Castings , Marand Precision Engineering and MtM . He has strong, hands on expertise with people management, strategic planning, lean, change & Innovation, continuous improvement, process improvement and business systems. He is skilled in conceptualising and deployment of business improvement initiatives that enhances efficiency, productivity and growth. A proven and effective leader through the use of coaching and mentoring techniques underpinned with excellent problem solving, communication, analytical & negotiation skills.
