This small group sound healing combines guided meditation and intentional healing sounds. It is aimed at relaxation, resource and balance; supporting you to end the week feeling calm and refreshed.

Sound healing is gentle and deeply relaxing. It uses frequency and vibration to clear and balance the energetic systems of the body. Each sound session is designed to work with your healing intention and support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
