As the final hours of 2025 fade, you’re invited to step into a sacred space of movement, release, and renewal. 

Join us on New Year's Eve for a Somatic Dance party. This free-form movement journey is designed to help you let go of the year gone by and awaken the energy you wish to carry into 2026.

This isn’t about learning steps or looking a certain way. It’s about allowing your body to speak — through rhythm, shaking, stillness, and flow. Each movement becomes an offering: a soft goodbye to what you’ve outgrown, and a warm welcome to what’s ready to bloom.

Through music, breath, and embodied awareness, we’ll move through waves of energy - grounding, rising, releasing, and returning to stillness. Supported by somatic principles,  this practice helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your natural vitality.

Dress for the occasion - wear what makes you feel alive, radiant, and free.
Bring water, a journal & pen (paper will also be provided if needed), curiosity, and an open heart.
No experience needed - simply come as you are.

We’ll close the evening in reflection and stillness, anchoring our intentions for the year ahead. Clear, embodied, and full of possibility.
