SOUL CARE SUNDAY’S

INTENTION

A space for mama’s to return home to a sanctuary of calm. A space to feel held, supported and encouraged whilst doing their inner work.

WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE?

Within the circle experience we incorporate practices such as meditation, journaling, movement and creative processes to assist us with the exploration of topics and themes of the circles, which are all linked to our experiences in our mothering journey.

THEMES

The overarching themes for Soul Care Sunday’s are to RECONNECT with our true Selves, RECLAIM our innate feminine power and RADIATE pure divinity from within. The circle will vibe with the energy of the full moon each month.

This full moon's theme is: FEELING AT HOME IN OUR BODY

It is time to release the uncomfortable feelings of disconnection and shame that we have held in the body and reclaim the deep innate connection with the Goddess within.

We hae been gifted our bodies, our temples for our souls, to enjoy this physical realm of existence as vehicles to bring forth our light and gifts to the world.

But overtime our connection with our bodies change - we may become detached from our body and more in our minds so to cope ...though what we deeply desire is to thrive. By sensing into our bodies as our barometer to our life experiences, we can begin to rise into the remembrance of who we really are.

HOW WE WILL EXPLORE

In this circle we will reflect on feminine sensuality, amongst feeling home in our body and harnessing the wisdom it gives us moment to moment if we open ourselves to her divine magic.

We will experience integrative body practice and movement such as a grounding-in gratitude practice with self massage, movement medicine to reconnect with our inner Goddess, a Body Love Breath work meditation, amongst circle sharing and reflection.

Massage oil/lotion, pen & paper, and your open gorgeous hearts.

WHO IS IT FOR?

These circle’s are for all mama’s who:

are willing to explore deeper aspects of themSelves and desire to be nurtured and held in the process
currently exploring ways to reconnect inwardly
crave connection with other like-hearted mamas

WHEN / HOW TO BOOK?

All circles are held online from the comfort of your own home, via zoom.

ABOUT FACILITATORS

Tanya is a mother to three boys, Postpartum Care Provider, RN & a Sacred Mama Circles Certified Facilitator.

Jenna is a mother to two boys, an Intuitive Soul Mentor & a Sacred Mama Circles Certified Facilitator
