Soulful Sunday is your invitation to pause, breathe, and realign. This intimate gathering brings together self-care and connection for a magical, soulful sound healing experience with the incredible Meredith Rose.

Meredith Rose - sound healer, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, NLP Master Practitioner, singer and mother - is passionate about the leveraging of intentional vibration, for the healing, evolution and activation of every soul as we navigate these potent times.
In her sacred sound journeys, she uses a wide variety of divine instruments, but also the instrument of her voice, to weave light codes, peace and unconditional love through the cells and souls of listeners.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with:
– A delicious Happy Blend nootropic drink to help support your nervous system. 
– The chance to choose a crystal and affirmation to set your intention for the week ahead. 

Meredith will gently guide you through a nurturing 60 minute sound journey using crystal bowls and calming frequencies to support emotional release, clarity, and deep inner peace. Let the soothing sounds calm your nervous system and invite full-body rest and reset.

This event is intimate and intentionally small – just 15 spots available – to create a cosy, safe space for real rest and reconnection.
