Sound & Movement is a practice that weaves gentle movement, breath, and soothing sound into a nurturing communal gathering, where we hold space for you to soften, restore, and feel truly looked after.
We begin by settling in together, finding comfort and ease before moving into a slow, restorative yoga practice. Along the way, we'll share ceremonial Peruvian cacao, handcrafted by Wild Craft Tasmania. From there, you'll be guided through gentle, supported movement accompanied by the live sounds of crystal bowls, rainsticks, chimes, and our voices.
A beautiful gathering for all bodies to unwind and connect.
