Sound Bath

Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into a nurturing hour of sound, stillness and deep rest.

During this intimate sound bath, you'll be invited to lie down comfortably whilst the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, drum, chimes, and other instruments unfold around you. The session will move gently through sound and spacious moments of quiet, allowing you time to slow down, soften and simply receive. This is an opportunity to rest, reconnect with yourself and enjoy being supported in stillness.

Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and any necessary props are provided. Please wear warm comfortable clothing. You're also welcome to bring an eye pillow and a small water bottle if you'd like.
