Sound Bath Immersion with Paula & Mary

Immerse yourself in this beautiful Yin Sound Bath with Paula and Mary. An incredibly beneficial wellness practice and a great de-stressor. Destined to be a transformational meditative experience where you are blessed and bathed in sounds produced by healing instruments of the Quartz Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, percussion drum, chimes and vocal tones. The ambient sounds are said to reduce the symptoms of pain, increase neural connection and reduce anxiety & tension. 

Embark upon an evening of divine sound that brings you into a deeper connection with yourself, as you relax, release, restore and rejuvenate through the soothing sound vibrations accompanied by a series of gentle yin shapes. Bringing you into a felt sense of serenity and peace.

Paula  and Mary are both experienced yin yoga teachers who enjoy infusing their yin practices with sound healing. They are looking forward to embarking on this sensational sound journey with you.
