Please join Samantha Alana from Bhavani Sound for a nourishing evening of sound bathing.

Lie down and immerse yourself in the frequencies and vibrations of the harmonium, voice & mantra, handpan, tibetan bowls, gong and more.

A beauty full way to relax and unwind, let go of stress and retune your mind, body & spirit.

~ Please arrive at 6:20pm to settle into the space

~ Sound bath starting at 6:30pm  

PLEASE BRING

~  a Yoga Mat

~ cushion or bolster (for your head or under your knees when lying down)

~ a blanket for warmth  

~ Water Bottle

Optional: an eye pillow or mask

(The venue is hidden away at the back of the property and has no signage. If coming for the first time keep heading up the gravel driveway past the fruit trees and you will find the entry into the venue at the top of the garden path)
