The experts at UH Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute and UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s are as committed to our scholastic athletes as we are to our professional athletes.
Our complimentary sports physicals provide athletes with a comprehensive exam that includes vision, musculoskeletal and cardiac risk assessment screenings. This exam enables the athlete to participate in scholastic sports as required by the Ohio High School Athletic Association. It does not replace the annual well check-up with a pediatrician.
If further information is needed for clearance, an appointment can be scheduled on-site. If your child has had a comprehensive exam within the past 12 months, your pediatrician can sign all sports forms.
