Moth Night at the Bee Hub October 2022

Calling citizens scientists young and old, any experience level, for a relaxed picnic tea and Moth Night in the beautiful Brownhill Creek/Wirraparinga valley. This Moth Night is part of the Great Southern Bioblitz. 

Your hosts? The scientists from Ferox australis and Rossi from the Bee Hub.

There'll be:

• information about moths and other pollinators
• training to use the iNaturalist citizen science app
• honey tasting
• friendly and knowledgeable people to chat with

When the sun goes down, we'll put the screens up and the lights on, and you'll have a chance to observe the beautiful moths and other wildlife that come to rest on the screens.

A tasty picnic tea will be served in individual boxes. Be sure to let us know about any special dietary requirements.
