Event description
Join us for a calming and rejuvenating morning session of Tai Chi at Logan Reserve, led by the experienced instructor Siew. This 7-week course offers an introduction to Tai Chi, a gentle form of exercise that promotes physical health and mental well-being. Often described as a moving meditation, Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
After each session, stay for a relaxing cuppa and a chat at the Centre, where you can connect with fellow participants and share your experiences.

Dates: every Thursdays from 10th October to 19th December
*note: no sessions on 24/10, 14/11, and 21/11
Times: 10:00 AM and 11:15 AM classes available

- 7-week course: $42 concession / $56 full fee
- Casual rate: $8 per session
