Calling citizens scientists young and old, any experience level, for a relaxed, outdoor spring tea and moth night in the beautiful Brownhill Creek/Wirraparinga valley.

There'll be:

information about moths and other pollinators
training on how to use the iNaturalist citizen science app
a short talk about citizen science and native orchids by a special guest
delicious homemade food
insect displays to look at
and friendly and knowledgeable people to chat with

When the sun goes down, we'll give some short talks whilst you have something to eat and drink, put the screens up and the lights on, and then you'll have a chance to observe moths and other wildlife using the iNaturalist app.
