You are warmly welcome to join us at our beautiful Diamond Waters eco-retreat property to enjoy a cosy morning of breath & body work to energise and restore your nervous system.

Our Intention

To give your body some love! As a society, we are constantly in a state of go-go-go and rarely take time for ourselves to intentionally rest. The body will thrive when it is given space to unwind and properly regenerate. This session is designed to help you tend to the needs of your body through a series of gentle, healing practices.

Additionally, we feel there are so many amazing souls up here on the Mid North Coast and not enough chances to get together and connect with each other. We wanted to create a community space where people can come, slow down and take a breath together on a regular basis (we plan to do this monthly). The idea is to create new & beautiful connections and build a stronger community in this magical region of ours :)

What Will We Do?

Move stagnant energy that has accumulated in the body throughout winter and stimulate blood flow to the heart space, so you can reconnect to the divine wisdom of your body. Together we will:

Clear auric field through the use of vibrational oils
Awaken energy through some light movement
Clear detox pathways and flush the lymphatic system using a gentle body brushing technique
Practice breathwork exercises to move stuck energy and activate the heart space
Enjoy a guided meditation and silent tea ritual
Oracle Cards - you will have the choice to pick a card and receive a message

Walk away feeling energised, refreshed and deeply connected to your own body, while experiencing the feeling of community (something so many of us want more of!).

Who Is It For?

Anyone who wants to release old energy and awaken a sense of vitality in their body. This will help you develop a practice of self-love/care. Also this event is for people looking for more community/connection on the Mid North Coast.

All levels of breathwork/meditation experience are welcome and will benefit from this practise. Our gathering will be held at our beautiful Diamond Waters eco-retreat property (about 30 mins south of Port). It is open to all races, genders and orientations and will be a welcoming space for all.

Who Is Hosting?
Tahlia Senior is a Lymphatic Bodywork & Zenthai Shiatsu Practitioner and Diagnostic Nutritionist who works with women to heal their connection to their body and tap into their innate wisdom. She is the founder of Heal Well, a local holistic wellness collective that offers a range of unique healing modalities. Find her on instagram: @_healwell

Beth James is a certified Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra teacher and founder of the HumanFirst Initiative (a coaching practice that helps people build human-centred businesses).
