This vegetarian meal is full of flavour and absolutely delicious!
Nagham from Iraqi Cuisine will guide you on which spices to use to create an authentic and traditional Iraqi staple. She is a private caterer who loves cooking and sharing her culture through her love of good food.
You will also be able to find Nagham at the Story Festival x Clarence Plains Market on Saturday 20 May.
