YWCA Waikato is excited to partner once again with MINDSET Self-Defence (previously known as SAFE) to bring you another empowering Street Smart Self-Defence workshop for FREE. Visit MINDSET's website to read participant testimonials and learn more about what to expect.
The workshop runs on Thursday 20th of August from 7:30pm to 9:30pm with refreshments provided. Please note this session is suitable for girls aged 13 years and over, as some of the content may be sensitive. The workshop will take place in the YWCA Waikato Gym Hall.
