As a non-profit social enterprise, we make it easier for local people to shape the places they live by improving how communities and institutions work together. It’s about doing better, together.

Formerly known as Town Team Movement, our movement brings positive, proactive people together to improve their place.

We want to welcome everyone, from local doers, informal groups and long-standing community associations right through to global thought leaders and system shapers.

We think that doing is one of the best ways to:

Activate personal and collective agency
Create relationships
Build trust
Develop skills
Build momentum
Attract more doers (volunteers) and support
Inspire others
Get stuff done!
