In today’s fast-paced world, stress accumulates in our bodies, keeping us stuck in survival mode—looping in cycles of fatigue, tension, and mental overwhelm. This immersive experience is designed to help you release stored stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance using scientifically-backed tools that work with your body’s natural rhythms. You'll not only learn how breath can regulate your nervous system and close stress loops but also experience how practices like sauna and ice baths work on the nervous system to help you expand your capacity to handle stress and rewire your response patterns.

What to Expect:

🌿 Opening Cacao Ceremony – Begin with a warm, heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao, a powerful plant medicine rich in magnesium and polyphenols that enhances focus, deepens breathwork, and supports nervous system regulation.

📖 The Science of Breath & Stress – Gain a deeper understanding of how stress responses shape our daily experience, why we get stuck in fight, flight, freeze or fawn, and how the breath serves as a direct key to nervous system regulation.

💨 Guided Breathwork Journey – Experience a transformational breathwork session designed to reset stress patterns, activate deep relaxation, and shift stagnant energy.

🔥❄️ Contrast Therapy: Sauna & Cold Plunge – Witness your body’s ability to adapt and thrive through the powerful interplay of heat and cold, strengthening resilience at a nervous system level.

📝 Integration & Reflection – Close with grounding techniques, journaling, and space for shared insights to anchor the experience into your daily life.
