Step into a moment of stillness and reset for the week ahead. Join me for a restorative sound journey, where the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls help you slow down, release tension, and find a little more ease in your day. No experience needed—just come as you are and get comfy.

This session is offered on a sliding scale, allowing you to pay what feels accessible to you within the suggested range. Your contribution helps support the sustainability of these sessions while making them more accessible to the community.

Please Note: Sound frequencies affect everyone differently, and I want to ensure you have a safe and comfortable experience. If you have any medical conditions such as tinnitus, epilepsy, vertigo, pregnancy, or a medical implant (e.g., pacemaker), I recommend checking with your healthcare provider before attending. Everyone is always welcome, and I can suggest ways to modify the experience for your comfort. Please listen to your body and feel free to adjust your experience as needed—you’re welcome to step out, sit up, or shift to a position that feels good for you. Your comfort and well-being are always the priority.
