💛 SUNSET OCEAN RESET - LYF x Innermare

Join us for a Slow Sunday Evening Ritual by the ocean. We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow led by Anna from Let Yourself Flow, giving your body space to arrive and open up.

From there, we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey with Verena from Innermare — using the breath to release what’s been building up and create space for more calmness and clarity.

Afterwards, Anna will guide you through a journaling practice inspired by her own Let Yourself Flow journal, giving you a moment to reflect and reconnect with what you want to invite more of into your life.

We’ll close the evening together with ceremonial cacao by the ocean, slowing down as the sun sets over the water, with the option to finish with an ocean dip if you feel like it.

Sunday, 18 October
