Breathwork is for everybody! All levels of experience, fitness, and abilities are welcome. (12yo+)

What you can expect from this session:

- verbal introduction to breathwork, the origins, the theory, the benefits.

- gentle movement to shift energy, increase blood flow, prepare our lungs and open our hearts.

- variety of breathwork drills - sitting and lying down.

- ending with a deep relaxation/ shavasana.
