Well I am in Wisconsin and they have a lot of cheese.... Heard of Cheese and Wine Pairing? Well what about a Tea and Cheese Pairing? If this intrigues you then instructor Jennifer Nowicki has just the right event for you. She is Wisconsin's only certified tea specialist since 2009.
She has taught classes at NW Tea Festival, Froedtert Medical College, St Norbert's College, Girl Scout Leadership Conference, Brown County Library, part of a tea class in Indian Tea School, and Appleton Library. Done tea and food pairing for NW Tea Festival, Amery Ale Works, Cannery, etc.... This will involve 5 different teas paired with 5 different cheeses to highlight and enhance the tea and cheese.
