Tea & Chocolate Pairing

Are you a tea lover? Are you a chocolate lover? Can't I be both? Yes you can! If you agree then instructor Jennifer Nowicki has just the right event for you. She is Wisconsin's only certified tea specialist since 2009. She has taught classes at Froedtert Medical College, St Norbert's College, Girl Scout Leadership Conference, Brown County Library, part of a tea class at a tea school in India, and the Appleton Library. Done tea and food pairing for Amery Ale Works, Cannery, etc.... This will involve 5 different teas paired with 5 different chocolates to highlight and enhance the tea and chocolate. We will use at least 1 white, 1 milk, and 1 dark chocolate.
