Thinking about doing your Yoga Teacher Training—but not sure if it’s the right time, the right fit, or even if it’s for you?

This free Info Session is a chance to get clarity. I’ll walk you through everything you need to know about our upcoming 200hr Soul Tribe Yoga Teacher Training, starting Friday 9 August.

Yoga teacher training is not about learning how to do a great ‘downward facing dog’. It’s about getting intimate with the parts of yourself that have been under the surface for many years, maybe things that feel scary or challenging but that actually contain the seeds of your fullest potential.

Yoga teacher training is about accepting yourself as you are, it’s about saying NO once and for all to those self limited beliefs or stories of unworthiness.

It’s about taking responsibility for your own life, turning towards the light whilst embracing the shadow and realising ultimately they are one.

It’s about resourcing yourself with a toolkit of physical, energetic, emotional and mental strengthening practices that actually support you through the waves of life. These tools allow you to surf the waves rather than get stuck in them.

I’m so grateful to be able to do this work. I learn so much every time. This will be the 9th Yoga Teacher Training I’ve run at Soul Tribe and each year the course becomes deeper and richer.
