Self-care starts here! Join Kyrie Kohlhagen, counsellor and aromatherapist, for a nurturing workshop where you’ll reconnect with yourself, discover joy, create with intention, and learn simple mindfulness practices.

In this workshop series, Kyrie will share her knowledge of essential oils and the benefits of creating a sacred space. You’ll learn what a sacred space is and why it’s important, as well as how essential oils can support your wellbeing.

This hands-on workshop includes:

Creating a purifying mist to cleanse and protect your sacred space
Making an essential oil roller to reconnect with your Kindred Self wherever you are

Ticket Includes:

1.5 hours of reconnecting with self
100ml aromatic mist + essential oil roller (which you’ll make)
Worksheets and a Kindred Self discount voucher
