THE COSMIC EXHALE

A Journey Beyond the Breath

Some things can't be rushed.
Some things can't be explained.
They can only be experienced.

This is one of them.

The Cosmic Exile is a 90-minute immersive integrative practice drawing on the ancient Himalayan breathwork traditions of Pranayama and Kriya.

We'll move through layers of breath, sound, and stillness. And in the breath holds — we'll go beyond the breath itself.

That pause between breaths is where Shunya lives. The void. The great inner quiet. The place the ancient practices have always pointed toward.

This is a journey beyond ordinary awareness — into expanded states of consciousness, profound inner stillness, and a deep sense of connection to something greater than the everyday mind.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

— Expanded states of consciousness and awareness
— Profound inner stillness and heightened presence
— Deep connection within yourself and with the room around you
— Nervous system regulation and deep integration
— Improved focus and mental clarity
— Greater emotional resilience and release
— Increased vitality and energy
— Cosmic bliss — a sense of touching something ancient and vast

WHO THIS IS FOR

You feel the pull toward something deeper, but haven't found the practice that takes you there.

You're wired, exhausted, or mentally scattered — and your body is asking for stillness.

You're curious about Pranayama and Kriya and what 4,000+ years of Himalayan wisdom actually does in the body.

You want to feel more alive, more present, more like yourself.

You're ready to go beyond the breath — and into the quiet that lives within.

No prior experience needed. No special flexibility required. Just an open heart and the willingness to arrive.

THE PRACTICE

Pranayama | Kriya | Mantra | Breath Holds | Sound Immersion

These practices are more than 4,000 years old. They were designed — long before modern science — to access exactly what neuroscience is now beginning to understand: that the breath is the fastest gateway to the nervous system, to altered states, to deep healing.

The breath hold is the threshold. In that stillness between breaths, the mind releases its grip — and Shunya opens.

This is where the journey beyond the breath truly begins. The space where the mind becomes quiet and awareness naturally expands.

YOUR GUIDE — TANYA GORG

Tanya navigated nearly two decades of chronic insomnia and nervous system dysregulation before breathwork became the practice that restored her capacity to rest, to feel, and to be fully present. She now holds space for others to find their way back to themselves — blending ancient practice with modern nervous system science.

No experience is necessary.
Everyone is welcome.

A Note from Tanya

After studying these practices in the Himalayas of India, I've experienced firsthand the profound effect conscious breathing can have on the nervous system, the mind and our overall wellbeing.

My intention is to create a safe, supportive space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through the power of your breath.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

Much love,

Tanya Gorg
