An unforgettable evening of Raw Storytelling, Guided Life Drawing and Real Human Connection, to explore what it feels like to be seen exactly as you are, without the pressure to perform or get anything right.

WHAT THIS IS...

If you know the pressure to do more, be more and achieve more, what happens when you let everything go, just for one night?

The Naked Truth is a space where you can step out of the pressure of everyday life and explore what it feels like to simply be yourself...without needing to change a thing, and without needing to get anything right.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE...

Throughout the evening, you’ll be invited into:

⮞ Raw, Honest Storytelling By Guest Speakers
Listen to real humans share vulnerably and honestly about what they've lived, felt and learnt, without needing to get it right.

⮞ Guided Life Drawing
You’ll be gently guided through drawing the human form in a relaxed and supportive environment. No experience needed. This isn't about being perfect, it’s about observation, presence, and letting your hand move without overthinking it.

⮞ Genuine Human Connection

Where conversations feel easy, natural, and free from pressure, with simple, guided moments that support real connection.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH....

Feeling more at ease in yourself
Less pressure to perform or be perfect
Deeper self-trust
Greater acceptance of who you are
Less second-guessing and overthinking

HOW YOU TAKE PART...

Everything is an invitation, never an expectation.

You always have choice in how you participate.

There will be a rare invitation to model during the evening.
This is completely optional, and simply there for those who feel called
to be witnessed in their full humanity.

You’re encouraged to honour your no as much as your yes.

WHO THIS IS FOR...

For those who:

Value connection that feels real, honest, and unforced
Want to express themselves more freely, without holding back
Value presence, honesty, and authenticity in the spaces they’re in
Feel the pull to explore their creative expression
Want to trust themselves more, without the second guessing
Are open to trying something different and stepping beyond their comfort zone, in a supported space.

MEET YOUR HOST

Hey, I’m Alarna Rose.

I’ve been leading, coaching, building, and creating for almost 20 years.
And for most of that time, it came with pressure — to perform, deliver, and be more.

Even when it looked successful, it felt heavy.

At some point, I got honest with myself.
I was done chasing and trying to be more.

I gave myself permission to breathe. To soften.
To just be me.

That’s where The Naked Truth was born.

Not from more strategy — but from letting go.

This is the space I didn’t know I needed.
A space to drop the performance and show up exactly as I am.

And in doing that…
I realised that’s the gift.

Not what I know. Not what I offer.
Just who I am.

And if something in you feels that — maybe this is your space too.
