Join us for a transformative 3-hour breathwork workshop. Explore the profound Circular Breathing technique to release tension, alleviate stress, and cultivate a more resilient nervous system. Enhance mental clarity, empowering yourself to take control of your life and shape your desired path forward.

This workshop, led by Steven J Todd, starts with an insightful discussion on mindfulness and the profound impact of stress on the nervous system. You will gain fresh perspectives on widening your window of tolerance to navigate daily stress and attain heightened mental clarity. You will engage in embodiment practices to get out of your head and into your body in preparation for a fully guided 1 hour Circular Breathing breathwork session. There will be ample time for rest and integration directly after the breathwork session.

The breathwork technique: Circular Breathing is a 45-60 minute rhythmic practice, rooted in Holotropic Breathwork, guided by Steven and his co-facilitator with a curated music playlist. This technique helps release stored tension, trapped emotions and associated memories, while expanding the nervous system's window of tolerance. This can result in a more regulated nervous system, greater stress resilience, and a life with enhanced clarity, focus, and inner peace. (Please note this is not Wim Hoff breathing and it is not Pranayama. There are no breath holds and no pauses throughout the breathwork session.)

** Also note that Steven offers all attendees 3 different variations of the breathwork technique which range from very gentle to a more slightly intense version. Every attendee has the right to choose how they want to breathe throughout the breathwork session and this will be encouraged from Steven and his co-facilitators.
