Most of us have entered menstruation without the honoring, rite of passage and celebration we deserved. We were taught to hide and disconnect from our womb space. This disconnect from our body brought us further away from ourselves.

The Seeding Ritual is a returning. Return to Self. Together, we journey back to meet and honor our inner maiden. We listen. We heal.
