Intention

Human beings, shaped over hundreds of thousands of years as social creatures, have evolved a deep instinct for belonging and attunement to others within groups and systems. In our evolutionary past, exclusion from the group often meant survival was at risk, and so our consciousness became finely tuned to the "voice of the tribe"—its rules, dynamics, and expectations. This voice, often ingrained before we develop a clear sense of individuality, continues to influence us in ways we may not fully recognize.

The goal of this program is to cultivate a clear awareness of the systems within you and the systems you are part of—whether family, work, or societal networks. These systems can shape your decisions, relationships, and even your sense of self, sometimes creating barriers to growth or success. Yet, they are also a source of profound strength and connection.

Through this process, we will:

Explore and identify the unconscious dynamics that “run” you and understand how these patterns might be impacting your life.
Recognize the ways in which these systems offer support, resilience, and grounding.
Learn to integrate and honor these influences while differentiating your unique identity from them.
Unlock a freer, more authentic expression of your individuality—one that aligns with your true purpose and potential.

This is not about rejecting or escaping the systems that shape you. Instead, it is about seeing them clearly, accepting them fully, and finding a way to engage with them from a place of agency rather than automatic reaction. By doing so, you open the door to greater freedom, self-expression, and alignment with the evolutionary force of life that seeks to manifest uniquely through you.

This course provides a grounded, experiential framework to navigate the subtle yet profound ways systems influence our lives, empowering you to live with greater clarity, intention, and individuality.

Context

This program is useful as a standalone course to explore your own triggers and entanglements with the systems in which you work, for instance as team leader or coach, or transformational organization leader. It will allow you to do your work more freely and unencumbered, thereby becoming a clearer vessel for transformational work in general. It is also the foundation for an emerging, multi-module, long term training program in systemic work (constellations) and a neo-shamanic orientation towards systemic change.

Approach

Our approach will be to do a series of simple structural constellations in small groups and large group demos, to illuminate, include, and integrate the various systems that live within us, those that “whisper in our ear” to say this or think that, periodically “running us” in ways that keep us limited and reacting in loyalty to the past, rather than acting from the present and stepping into our strength.

Outcomes

You will identify blocks to doing clear work with new client systems, based on the systems that unconsciously run you.
You will identify – and may begin to resolve – hot button issues from the systems (family, ethnic, educational, organizational) that you have / do belong to – those that still express themselves through your consciousness and behavior.
You will feel more confident in doing healing and transformational work with team-, organizational- and societal-systems.
You will learn the most basic skill of systemic work, representational perception.
You will become familiar with basic structural constellation formats, and be able to use them for yourself and others in small groups.
Seeing your inner systems, differentiating from them, making a place for them (rather than excluding them); no longer run by them, now you have the ability to make a choice about how the system is expressed, and how you express yourself in freedom.

Journey of the Program

The first day (comprised of 2 sessions) will be on the Family - first the family of origin, then the ancestors, especially “perpetrators” or others who were excluded, as such exclusions create systemic problems. The second day (2 sessions) will be on Ethnic and/or Religious and/or National affiliations that live in us. These are more powerful than we may realize. The third day (3 sessions) will start with Educational and/or Professional role affiliations with which you identified, your training, and organizations to which you have belonged / currently belong, including existing company / client. The fourth day (2 sessions) will work on integration of the “inside team”, inner / secret selves – the parts that live within you as a system, and could include your body and/or the biological systems within you. The fifth day will provide an integrating worldview, that will essentially be a shamanic orientation to future work, and provides an integrating context for the work done the previous 4 days. A theme throughout will be the Inner System, which we will pull like a thread through the program - asking: how does this system still live in us, and therefore “run us” unconsciously? Some external parts need to be acknowledged so they can be at peace and let go.

Format / Duration

Five days, approximately four hours each day, spread over two weeks to allow integration time.

-Feb 12, 13, 19 & 21 = 09 am to 1:00 pm ET (US)

-Feb 18 = 09 am to 1:30 pm ET (US)
