Home breathwork is not recommended for pregnancy (without medical approval), epilepsy, eye conditions (retinal detachment or glaucoma), uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular or neurological conditions, family history of aneurysm or stroke, or severe osteoporosis, and certain psychiatric diagnoses.
