Transcendence Breathwork Ceremony

Transcendence Breathwork uses breathing and relaxation techniques that safely allow you to drop into an altered state of consciousness to unlock blockages, release tension & connect with your higher self, to begin healing what is no longer serving you by tapping into your very own inner Shaman.

After years of self healing and learning from his teachers and mentors, Josh Mana will hold a sacred and safe space in ceremony for you to safely drop into your very own healing portal and to safely return home upon completion. 🤍🪶

What to bring:                  
Pillow, Eye mask, Yoga mat, Blanket, Note pad for journaling, Light snack and Water to help you ground upon return, Personal items ie. Crystals, Wisdom stones, or anything else you wish to accompany your journey. 

What to wear:        
Comfortable clothing, nothing restrictive like tights, sports tops etc. you do not want to feel restricted in any way during your journey.  

NOTE:
Safety is of extreme importance for the journey of Transcendence Breathwork . Due to the nature of this ceremony, the powerful breathwork and release there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

These are:

• High blood pressure
• Diagnosed Severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
• Detached Retina
• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy
• History or diagnosis of aneurisms
• Cardiovascular problems
• History of seizures
• Severe Asthma
• Heart disease
• Heart conditions
• Diabetes
• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
• Adverse reactions from recent vaccines
