She is a certified Wim Hof instructor and offers Tetra Breathwork, Shamanic and 9D Breathwork journeys to help others heal their trauma and liberate old thought patterns and programming, awaken to the truth of who you truly are. Empowering women and men in facilitating their own journey of healing. Break free from intergenerational trauma, the root cause of all human suffering. Cut the cords of these struggles and address the profound wounds that are a result of life experiences including child hood and past lives, paving the way for a mental health reboot of both body and mind.

Rachelle Paton 'Wahn' or White Raven is a shamanic practitioner working towards becoming an initiated shaman.Her healing journey began here close to 30 years ago. Wahn comes to us having experience/training in; community service, counselling, emotional release bodywork, chakra and sound healing, compassionate enquiry, shamanic healing, breathwork and many other modalities. Wahn’s current favourites are shamanic healing and breathwork, after life-changing experiences with both. This has ignited the desire to share these healing modalities with all who are curious or drawn to either.
