What to Expect:
10:00 AM - Meet and Greet
Begin your journey with a warm welcome and introductions.
10:15 AM - Slow flow Yoga Session
Kickstart the day with an invigorating yoga session led by our experienced instructor. Suitable for all levels, we’ll stretch, strengthen and energise. This session combines Sun Salutes with standing poses, easy back bends and twists. Mindful transitions keep you focussed and feeling centred. We finish with relaxation to soothe the nervous system and prepare you for the afternoon.
11:15 AM - Morning Tea
Enjoy a refreshing break with a selection of teas and light snacks.
12:00 PM - Yoga for Flexibility
Transition into quieter practice with this session of floor poses. Flexibility enhancing poses bring suppleness to forgotten muscles and release pockets of long-held tension. Your instructor gives plenty of options - these simple modifications bring the benefits of yoga to you, no matter where you are in the pose.
1:00 PM - Delicious and Nutritious Lunch
Savor a wholesome, nutritious lunch prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. This meal is designed to nourish your body and keep you feeling energised and satisfied for the rest of the day.
2:00 PM - Yin Yoga
In the afternoon, we focus on rest and recuperation. Yin Yoga uses soft supportive props so longer resting poses can nourish your connective tissues – joints, ligaments and fascia. On the outside it’s nourishing and gentle, on the inside greater understanding of the body mind connection is revealed. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
2:45 PM - Closing Circle and Reflections
Conclude your day with a closing circle, where you can share your experiences and reflections with the group. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, express gratitude, and set intentions for bringing the peace and balance of this day into your everyday life.
3:00 PM - Farewell
As our day comes to an end, leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and equipped with new practices to incorporate into your routine. Take home the serenity and mindfulness you've cultivated, and carry it with you into your daily life.
