Educational Component: This course goes beyond the physical practice. Each week, we summarise the benefits and attributes of one chakra, exploring its influence on the physical, mental, emotional, and psychological levels. By term's end, you'll have a profound understanding of the each of the 7 chakras and understand how they all fit together during the final week.
