Imagine this: Lying on a comfy mat around the fireplace; feeling Mother Earth underneath you, eucalyptus forest behind, open sky, stars, moon overhead. Hearing, smelling, feeling the warmth of the fire you surround.

Relax and let go as you are bathed by the therapeutic healing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Therapy Bowls, Chimes, Drums and other instruments. As the frequencies move around you and through you, feel your nervous system calmed and restored, your energy field cleansed, cleared and uplifted; and a deep sense of inner harmony and peace come over you.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled to start at 6pm
Comfortable mats and bolsters supplied.
Please bring your own blanket and pillow (you may cool down as your system relaxes) and water bottle.
