Partnering with Modo Yoga Brampton we are offering monthly hot yoga sessions* on the first Tuesday of every month. This is a space for our community to come together and prioritize self-care and wellness in the warmth of a heated studio during the colder months.

*Attendance is based on a pay-what-you-can donation model with $5 being the recommended amount. All proceeds will go directly to Laadliyan to support our initiatives.
