Then this is for you: Informal cooking lesson, hands-on, preparing a whole-food plant-based Dish. My dishes consist of the 5 components of a nutritionally complete meal. (recipes to take home), followed by Dinner with plenty of opportunities for Q & A. The menu is different at every event and you can choose to book for one or more dates.

WHEN: Every second Monday

START: 5.00 pm cooking for 6.30 pm enjoying the meal together

We only have small groups (12 people) so booking early is a good idea; your partner can join the dinner at 6.30 at the same price.

COST: $45.00 includes lesson, recipes, dinner and a small dessert
