This exclusive event showcases the creativity and skill of Victoria’s next generation of chefs. Each course has been designed and prepared by the Young Chefs themselves, featuring sponsored local ingredients that celebrate the best of Victorian produce.

The night will also include auctions and raffles, with all proceeds helping fund the team’s travel and training.
