This workshop will help supervisors become more confident and proficient with initiating and conducting conversations, leading to improved performance, morale, and productivity.

• Develop strategies for conducting courageous conversations
• Be able to apply Mehrabian’s law
• Move your tone between Nice – Courageous – Fierce
• Understand the impact of rudeness on staff
• Practice creating a safe environment
• Write a template to manage Acceptable performance
• Write a template to manage Unacceptable performance
• Be confident in reaching an agreement
