Walk & Talk in the West - North Haven/Outer Harbor
Event description
Come along for a casual 1 hour coastal walk for connection, chats, nature and enjoy an included refreshment together afterwards.
Walking on the footpath, all abilities and paces are welcome.
We take our time and allow opportunities to connect with nature as well as meet new people and discover new places to walk in our neighbourhood.
After our walk we enjoy hot drinks and a snack together.
This walk will depart from the carpark next to the North Haven Surf Life Saving Club 44 Australia Two Drive North Haven SA 5018. Meet in the carpark where the Big Heart Flag will fly for sign in. There are toilets located near the surf club.
Transport is available from Port Adelaide Train Station and return if required - please book a ticket with transport - this is available on first come first served basis. Pick up from below Port Adelaide Train Station on Commercial Road is 9.30am. Bus returns to Port Adelaide Train Station by 12 noon drop off. Spots for up to 2 wheelchairs are available, enquire at 08 7006 5620.
Guided by professional Outdoor Leaders with Senior First Aid Qualifications.
Bring a filled water bottle, sun protection, raincoat or umbrella if rain is forecast.
